We're always in need of highly motivated and skilled organizers for more or less all subteams within our big organizer team.
Here we give you an overview for which positions new organizers are needed and what skills they should bring along.
Please note that, apart from your general organizing skills for each of the respective tasks, we have certain requirements concerning your language skills and your presence at the party place before during and after the party.

Prerequisite for your application
Before applying for any open position: the most important prerequisite for you being an organizer is, that you need to be able to be on location for the full event. Full event includes full buildup and tear down. That is, you need to be present from Tuesday afternoon (03.04.2012) until Monday night (09.04.2012).
Exceptions to this can only be made within very narrow limits. If you feel unsure, simply apply for the position and describe us your possible availability.
Infoteam
Your job is being a general purpose organizer at the infodesk, answer questions, find solutions to problems the visitors have, check the entrance, and help with the sales of beverages or other items.
An Infodesk team consists of at least 4 members, so don't be afraid if you're new to organizing demoparties!
A few requirements:
- friendly and open attitude
- be able to work 4 shifts during the party (two 4 hours, two 6 hours long)
- fluent english (german is NOT required)
You'll also of course get free entrance, food during the whole time, a few hugs and that warm fuzzy feeling after creating such a great event. :)
